I'm 22 years old from Sacramento, California and discovered the net in '97 and Dodo's domain in 2000. On DMB, my username is Shellie and I have been a member of the board shortly after it first started. Then, I was a member and a constant visitor; I just didn't post very much. :( Now it has progressed into the most wonderful board online and very much apart of my online life. ^o^

*How I found DMb*
The first time I saw Regretless.com, it has the version with Dodo on it. From the start I really love her domain and kept on visiting it. So when she started the board, it was only natural that I would get here from Dodo's domain. I joined the board because it's one of its kind.

*Friends @ Dmb*
I know some people at the board but am not sure if that's call friends because I would like to know them better. Every one at dmb is just so nice and awesome and hopefully I'll get to know some more who I can call 'friends' so don't feel sorry for me. =)

*Best DMB Memory*
I have to say it was during Secret Santa in December 2003. That was a wonderful event for me as well and something that I really enjoyed participating in. I got great gifts and in return, hope I gave great gifts too (I gave a domain name to my secret santa).

*How Often Do I Visit DMB*
Geesh, I think I'm there every day about 100x a day. Pretty bad huh? I think it's good. :D

Here are some of the themes I've used (for more than 3 days) at DMB.

*I know I'm Addicted to DMB when:*
1. The first thing you do when you get online is visit DMB
3. You join all the sites in the Misc. links just so you can add them to your profile on DMB
7. You think more about DMB buck than the money in your purse.
12. You feel lost when you're not on DMB.
13. You've idolized certain prominent DMB members (eg. Dodo)
14. You've quoted phrases you found on DMB in your offline life.
19. When you try to get home early from school/work to check replies to a post you made earlier.
22. You repeatedly visit DMB multiple times a day...even when you know there are no new posts. ex: leave computer because you are bored...come back two minutes later and come back to DMB.
24. You write/post more on DMB than on your own blog/journal. XD
27. You eat your dinner/lunch at the computer, just so you can be near DMB
28. You think to yourself "Oh boy am I obsessed with dmb"
36. You visit DMB for 5 hours a day.
38. You log on DMB at school/work/friend's house, just so you can check on the new posts, even though you are supposed to be working/researching etc.
39. You go crazy when DMB is down
44. When you realise how talented all the DMB members are in different
categories, and you suddenly feel proud that you belong here.
45. You bid in an auction and spend the rest of your sleeping hours worrying on whether you're going to win it or not.
46. When you don't post for several months, find yourself in withdrawl, and return.
47. You WANT to join other message boards, but just can't because you feel they won't live up to the DMB!
