~How I Came Across DMB And My History~
I first stumbled upon DMB over two years ago, don't remember if it was a link from SmackMB - another board I used to be addicted to - or if a friend recommended it. I lurked for a while, I really liked the atmosphere of the board and such, and then I finally got the guts to try to get in. I had to take the test about 3 times (Yes, shush, I can pass it perfectly now) until I got in. After I joined I only posted a little bit. I lurked about and posted rarely for a while, but I managed to check on the board every once in a while. ^^; I don't exactly remember when I became an extremely active member, but I know that I am now. Mwahaha! :P I visit DMB EVERYDAY and I usually always have a tab open in Mozilla with DMB in it. :D

Date Registered - July 26, 2002
Date I bacame a Star Member - October 22, 2003, almost a year ago!
Date I was SOTW - January 1, 2004. First SOTW of the year!

And a few other assorted things. Sadly I was not able to participate in the Blogathon because the night before I had not slept, because of my excitement. I was going to Otakon on that Saturday. i got out of bed at 5am and we left at 8am. We were gone 12 hours and when we got back home I crashed in bed. ><; I wish I wouldn't have missed it. ;O;

~You know you're addicted to DMB when...~
1. The first thing you do when you get online is visit DMB
13. You've idolized certain prominent DMB members (eg. Dodo)
19. When you try to get home early from school/work to check replies to a post you made earlier
21. You know almost everyone on the board on a first name basis...
22. You repeatedly visit DMB multiple times a day...even when you know there are no new posts. ex: leave computer because you are bored...come back two minutes later and come back to DMB.
24. You write/post more on DMB than on your own blog/journal. XD
26. You've memorized the DMB Rules by heart
28. you think to yourself "oh boy am i obsessed with dmb"
31. You turn off your mp3 player just to listen to the members' voices on their profiles.
35. When you refuse to join another message board.
36. You visit DMB for 5 hours a day. (MORE XD)
38. You log on DMB at school/work/friend's house, just so you can check on the new posts, even though you are supposed to be working/researching etc
39. You go crazy when DMB is down
51. You spend most, if not all, of your spare time on DMB
