Hi! I'm Elissa (AKA: Lissy) :D
Greetings from New Jersey! I'm 19, I currently live with my parents and two dogs, but will soon be leaving home and going off to my second year of college! I am a Computer Science major at Rutgers: The State University of New Jersey. Here's my schedule for Fall 2004 so you can keep track of me ;) When I'm not in class, I spend most of my day on the computer working on my site and posting at message boards. If you see an away message, I'm either at the mall with my friends or playing with my adorable little puppies: Princess and Buffy.

DMB Then:
I found DMB through one of my buddies online, Brigitte :D She told me that I had to join this message board! So, I did and have been coming back for over two years now :D I have been a member since May 18, 2002!
DMB was the first big message board I ever joined. It was nice to post and then get a reply like five seconds later. And it's really great when you have a problem with your site which no matter what you do you can't solve and then everyone tries to help and we all work it out together :D This is really the friendliest, most helpful group of people I have ever met :) And did ya know that I had no idea what PHP was before I came here, lol. I never even heard of b2 before and now, we're like inseparable :P
I've made many friends these past two years. I even found someone who goes to my school! My bestest DMB friend is still Megami.
My favorite DMB memory has to be the blogathon. I can't remember the last time I had that much fun IN A CHAT ROOM! That was so great! I can't wait until the next one! It was also great being SOTW #42 last September!

DMB Now:
I've learned so much from everyone these past two years and I still continue to learn. Everyone lept to give me links when I asked for help converting my site to an all CSS layout. I wouldn't have even thought of doing it if I hadn't seen several talented members of this board makeover their sites. I bought my g-mail address and several thousand neopoints from DMB members.
DMB is different from other boards because you're all so frelling nice! Seriously, there is not a bad apple among you! It's amazing, all these members and I have yet to meet someone who has said anything negative about me or my site or about anyone else. There's no fights here, no haters, we live in peace! lol, it's true! And as long as DMB is online, I'll still be hanging around.
