Hey there, I'm sammi aka da1syx and this is my page for the
yearbook of
DMB. Seeing
as this is supposed to be about me.. as everyone elses member page will be I
will write exactly that.. stuff about me!
THE GIRLI'm 14
years old and I live in the UK. I'm currently single as of writing this, and at
the minute am quite happy with that arrangement. Of course I have my crushes,
but what girl my age doesn't? I'm what you'd probably call a typical girly girl,
I love pink and all things cute, fluffy or sparkly. I couldn't live without my
phone or make-up! The one thing that makes me slightly different is the fact
that I'm not a typical niave, vunerable girl. If someone wanted to start stuff
about me (by stuff I mean rumours, lies etc..) or want to fight me I'm not the
kind of girl to back away and let them walk all over me. Ever since I was young
I've been independant and in the words of my family a 'fighter'.
DMBI first came to DMB when I was around 12/13. I loved
it ever since I joined but due to problems in real life, sometime around last
year I was unable to get online as much and so my account became inactive. But
recently I joined again, and feel right at home on the board. The members are
all still friendly, Dodo is adding new hacks for us to play with every day (or
thereabouts =p) and I think it would be fair to say that DMB is better than it
ever has been.
I joined DMB again because of all the great memories
I'd had the first tyme I joined up. There are so many lovely people on there,
and I know that if I ever need to talk to someone, I can. This is the main
reason DMB has changed my life.
If DMB was to close today I'm not
sure what I would do! After pulling out my hair, I'd probably mourn for a bit.
After all the closure of such a kind community would be a tragedy. However
providing DMB doesn't close i could quite happily see myself posting here for a
number of years, once you've joined its lyke a drug.. addictive!
On
this board I've made several friends including a girl I feel very close too,
Louiegouie you know who you are! On this board I've also learnt a great deal,
how treasured friends really are, how to treat people with respect and also I
think I've become more confident talking to people. DMB is a great place and
honestly, there is nowhere lyke it!
The main reason I made this page
is because I want to be remembered, remembered as being a member of one of the
greatest sites on earth. DMB is more than a forum, its almost lyke real
conversation. People understand you and you, in return, understand them.
